The book examines the adoption of different innovative technologies and explores the behavioral intention of both consumers and companies of using these technologies. Both determinants of acceptance and resistance of technology are considered by referring to the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology and the Innovation Resistance Theory.
