Joan Marques is an academic leader and professor of Management. She energizes audiences through teaching, speaking, and writing on workplace spirituality, ethical leadership, Buddhist psychology in management, and leadership awareness. A prolific scholar-practitioner, she has published extensively in both academic and professional journals and has authored, co-authored, or edited over 40 books on management and leadership. Throughout her career, Joan has founded and directed multiple business ventures and nonprofit organizations. A former media producer and presenter, Joan still presents a regular radio-program, in Amsterdam, The Netherlands, through Mart Radio.
