Biografische Anmerkung

Léo-Paul Dana is Professor at LUT School of Business and Management. He is also associated with the Chaire ETI at Sorbonne Business School. A graduate of McGill University and HEC-Montreal, he has served as Marie Curie Fellow at Princeton University and Visiting Professor at INSEAD. Professor at ICD Business School Paris. He has published extensively in a variety of journals including: Entrepreneurship: Theory & Practice; International Business Review; International Small Business Journal; Journal of Business Research; Journal of Small Business Management; Journal of World Business; Small Business Economics; and Technological Forecasting & Social Change.

Ahmad Rafiki is an Associate Professor and as the Dean of Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Medan Area (UMA). He was with University College of Bahrain in the Department of Business Administration as Assistant Professor and as Research Associate in the Mizan Research Centre, Faculty of Leadership and Management, Universiti Sains lslam Malaysia (USIM). In March 2014, he awarded Doctor of Philosophy from Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia (USIM). He is holding Certified Islamic Marketing Associate (CIMA) from the International Islamic Marketing Association (IIMA). He has published many chapters of books/authored books and articles related to Islamic management, entrepreneurship, SMEs, leadership and halal industry by International publishers such as IBA-MacMillan, IGI Global, Emerald Publishing (Journal of Islamic Marketing, Asian Journal of Accounting Research, Journal of Investment Compliance, PSU Research Review, RAUSP Management Journal, International Journal of Organizational Analysis, Journal of Advance in Management Research, Enterprising Communities: People and Places in the Global Economy), Springer, Routledge etc. He also became the editorial advisory board and reviewer in reputable publishers of Emerald (Journal of Islamic Marketing, International Journal of Islamic and Middle Eastern Finance and Management) and Elsevier. He won as the Outstanding Reviewer of Literati Awards 2020 by Emerald Publishing.

Veland Ramadani is a Professor of Entrepreneurship and Family Business at the Faculty of Business and Economics, South-East European University, North Macedonia. His primary areas of research focus on entrepreneurship, family businesses, innovation, and sustainability. Dr. Ramadani has an extensive body of work to his name, having authored or co-authored over 140 research articles, 80 book chapters, 12 textbooks, and 28 edited books. His research contributions are notably featured in prestigious academic journals, including the Journal of Business Research, Technological Forecasting and Social Change, Technology in Society, International Journal of Entrepreneurial Behavior & Research, Review of Managerial Science, among others. He received the Award for Excellence in 2016 for an Outstanding Paper published by Emerald Group Publishing, a testament to his outstanding contributions to the field. In addition to his research, Dr. Ramadani has been invited as a keynote speaker at numerous international conferences and as a guest lecturer at President University (Indonesia), Telkom University (Indonesia), University of Trás-os-Montes and Alto Douro (Portugal), and Universum International - UNI (Kosovo). Furthermore, his research influence is underscored by his consistent inclusion among the World's Top 2% of the most influential researchers, as determined by Elsevier and Stanford University for the last four consecutive years. Between 2017 and 2021, Dr. Ramadani served as a member of the Supervisory Board of the Development Bank of North Macedonia, where he also took on the role of Chief Operating Officer for a 10-month period. Dr. Ramadani has remained actively engaged in various projects, including those funded by the European Union and universities in Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, and the United Arab Emirates.

Sutan Emir Hidayat is an Academic of Islamic Economics (Associate Professor). Sutan Emir serves as the Director of Sharia Ecosystem Infrastructure at the National Sharia Economy and Finance Committee (KNEKS). In addition, Sutan Emir is also a member of the Expert Council at the Association of Islamic Economics Lecturers (ADESy). Sutan Emir actively writes various articles, especially on Sharia Economics and becomes a national and international speaker, such as the 11th Harvard University Forum on Islamic Finance in the United States and the Gulf Research Meeting at the University of Cambridge, England, AAOIFI & WORLD Bank conference on Islamic Banking and Finance in Bahrain and other international forums.
