»Employees’ Protection Against Unequal Treatment. A Comparison of Differentiation Prohibitions in Labour Law Applicable in Germany«: The freedom of employers to treat employees differently is restricted by prohibitions of differentiation under national and european primary and secondary law. This dissertation analyses the equivalent basic structure of these provisions and examines how they are shaped by individual regulations. The author investigates which unequal treatments employees’ are legally protected against and under which conditions differentiation is permitted.
