ESG Disclosures in the Southern African Development Community
This book critically examines the legal and regulatory framework for environmental social governance (ESG) regulation in the South African hemisphere. It focuses on the compliance of local and international companies with ESG requirements in Southern African Development Community (SADC) countries in promoting shared values through good governance practices.
