Xinxin SHANG is an associate research fellow at the State Administration of Foreign Exchange Research Center (SAFERC). Xinxin has also published articles in journals including Economic Research Journal, Financial Minds, Journal of Finance and Trade Economics, China Review, The Journal of World Economy, China Finance, and China Forex, etc.; authored the monograph Big Data Macro-Prudential Management of Cross-Border Capital Flows: A New Fintech Regulatory Framework for the New Era (published by China Financial Publishing House). She has led research projects including the National Natural Science Foundation of China (Youth Program), PBOC Youth Research Project, SAFE Youth Research Project, and Policy Research Project of the Hong Kong Monetary Authority's Centre for Financial Research; and has participated in research initiatives such as the National Social Science Fund Project, PBOC Key Research Projects, SAFE Key Research Projects, Tsinghua University PBC School of Finance Key Research Projects, and China Finance 40 Forum Annual Projects. Xinxin has been awarded first prize in SAFE Key Research Projects, second prize and excellence award in PBOC Key Financial Research Projects, second prize in PBOC Youth Research Projects, and third prize and excellence award in SAFE Youth Research Projects.
Wang Wenwei, Ph.D. in Economics, is currently an assistant research fellow at the Institute of Finance, the People's Bank of China. His research focuses on green finance, climate and environmental financial risks, ESG, and related issues. He has published multiple papers in leading academic journals, including The Journal of World Economy, Journal of Financial Research, Systems Engineering — Theory & Practice, China Population, Resources and Environment, Finance Forum, Shanghai Finance, and Environmental Science and Pollution Research. He has also participated in several key national research projects, such as the Emergency Management Project of the National Natural Science Foundation of China titled “Macro Management Framework and Policy Research on Zero-Carbon Finance Under the Dual-Carbon Goals”.
