Biografische Anmerkung
Adrian Cloer, Studied economics and law. 2004. Admitted to as a laywer in 2004, awarded a PhD in 2006, admitted as a tax adviser in 2007 and appointed honorary professor of tax law and business taxation at the European University Viadrina, Frankfurt (Oder). In 2008, he took up the Chair of Business Taxation, International Tax Law and Auditing at EBS University of Business and Law, Wiesbaden. Regular visiting lecturer at the Federal Finance Academy; partner at Forvis Mazars, Berlin. Numerous publications on international and European tax law as well as on double taxation treaty law.
Dino Höppner is a tax adviser in Berlin, working at xbo.tax GmbH, and a postdoctoral researcher at the European University Viadrina, Frankfurt (Oder), in the field of business taxation. He studied business administration and obtained his PhD at the European University Viadrina, Frankfurt (Oder). His publications include books, commentaries and articles in specialist journals in the fields of accounting and business taxation, with a focus on international tax law.
