Biografische Anmerkung

Dr Azizul Hassan is a member of the Tourism Consultants Network of the UK Tourism Society. Dr Hassan has been working for the tourism industry as a consultant, academic, and researcher. His research interest areas are technology-supported marketing for tourism and hospitality, immersive technology applications in the tourism and hospitality industry, and technology-influenced marketing suggestions for sustainable tourism and hospitality industry in developing countries. Dr Hassan has authored articles and book chapters in leading tourism outlets. He is also part of the editorial team of book projects from Routledge, Springer, Palgrave Mcmillan, CAB International, and Emerald Group Publishing Limited. He is a regular reviewer of a number of international journals.

Dr. Putu Diah Sastri Pitanatri  is an Assistant Professor and the Head of the Research and Community Service Centre at Bali Tourism Polytechnic. She earned her doctoral degree with Summa Cum Laude honors in Tourism Studies from Universitas Gadjah Mada. In addition to her role as a lecturer, Dr. Diah is highly active in the academic community, engaging in various research projects, serving as a journal reviewer, speaking at conferences, and contributing as an author to both national and international publications. Furthermore, she is actively involved in training and mentoring programs focused on developing the national tourism sector and supporting regional MSMEs. To date, she is also an active reviewer in national journals and speaker in many international conferences.
