HCI in Business, Government, and Organizations

This book constitutes the refereed proceedings of the 5th International Conference on HCI in Business, Government and Organizations, HCIBGO 2018, held as part of the 20th International Conference on Human-Computer Interaction, HCII 2018, in Las Vegas, NV, USA.

The 1171 full papers and 160 posters presented at the 14 co-located HCII 2018 conferences were carefully reviewed and selected from a total of 4346 submissions. The papers address the latest research and development efforts and highlight the human aspects of design and use of computing systems.
