Peiyong Gao is a member of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences. He is currently the vice president of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences and member of Committee of Economy of the CPPCC National Committee. He is also a member of the Academic Degrees Committee of the State Council and vice Chairman of Sun Yefang Economic Science Foundation. He has served as an assistant to the President of Renmin University of China, the director of Institute of Finance and Trade Economics, Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, the president of Institute of Financial Strategy, Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, and the director of Institute of Economics, Chinese Academy of Social Sciences. The academic field is mainly financial economics, mainly focusing on fiscal and tax theory research, fiscal and tax policy analysis, etc.
Xiahui Liu is a research fellow at the Institute of Economics, Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, and Professor and PhD Supervisor at the Graduate School of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences. He has led and participated in numerous national social science foundation projects. He has published several papers in leading journals such as Economic Research Journal, Chinese Social Sciences, and World Economy. His major works include Economic Growth and Structural Transformation in the Reform Era and Frontiers of China’s Economic Growth, etc.
Fuhua Yuan is a research fellow at the Institute of Economics, Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, and Professor at the Graduate School of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences. He has led and participated in numerous national social science foundation projects. He has published several papers in prominent academic journals such as Economic Research Journal, World Economy, and China Economic Quarterly. His major works include Growth, Structure, and Transformation: Analysis of China’s Economic Growth Potential and Theoretical Exploration of China’s Supply-Side Structural Reform.
