Dong Xiaoying is an associate professor at Guanghua School of Management, Peking University, a doctoral tutor, an academic director at the Case Studies Center of Guanghua School of Management, Peking University ; the member of the Information and Communication Expert Committee of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and a member of the National Standards Technical Committee of Knowledge Management. She has in-depth research on the case studies of high-tech enterprise, published more than 50 papers in both Chinese and English, and published ten monographs.
