It brings together cutting-edge research on the critical challenges of economic development, social sustainability, and the role of human resources in advancing sustainable practices across different sectors. The papers included in this volume offer innovative solutions, practical insights, and transformative approaches to addressing global sustainability issues, with a focus on the development of human capital as a key driver for long-term sustainability.
