Biografische Anmerkung
Jan Henrik Schillmöller studied law and political science inter alia in Münster and Glasgow (LL.M.). After his first state examination, he worked as a research assistant at the Bavarian Research Institute for Digital Transformation (bidt) in Munich in an interdisciplinary and policy advisory research project on the challenges of regulating digital communication platforms. His dissertation, supervised by Prof. Dr. Dirk Heckmann at the Technical University of Munich, was written in this context. Since 2024, he has been a trainee lawyer at the Higher Regional Court of Cologne and continues to work at bidt as an associated researcher.
