This book seeks to thoroughly examine the intricate and deeply intertwined relationship between human rights and corporations. In the context of globalization, large multinational companies have emerged as powerful and influential agents on the international stage. This rise has brought about significant concerns regarding the potential damage caused by their activities, particularly in the absence of a robust regulatory framework designed to prevent possible violations of human rights.

The work delves into the perspectives offered by criminal sciences, presenting them as a broad spectrum of analysis. It focuses notably on areas dedicated to investigating corporate crime, highlighting these as potential sources for combining efforts to promote and protect human rights within corporate structures. By exploring these intersections, the book aims to shed light on how criminal law can be leveraged to hold corporations accountable and ensure they operate within ethical boundaries.

Furthermore, this book is intended to serve as a valuable resource for academic researchers who are keen to explore the complex dynamics between human rights and corporate crime. It provides a comprehensive analysis that can aid in understanding the multifaceted nature of these issues. Additionally, offers practical insights and ideas for business collaborators who are looking to enhance their governance, prevention, and compliance strategies. By doing so, it aims to contribute to the development of more responsible and human rights-conscious corporate practices.
