Benedikt Kraus studied translation at Heidelberg University. He then completed his Master’s degree in Business Administration. He currently works as the Head of Language Management and as Performance Manager at Boehringer Ingelheim. ••••• Klaus-Dirk Schmitz graduated in Computer Science at Saarland University in Saarbrücken. He then received a doctorate (Dr. phil.) in Applied Linguistics and Information Science at the same university. Since 1992, he has been working as Professor of Terminology Science at Cologne University of Applied Sciences. At this university, he heads the Master’s course of Terminology and Language Technology, and he is the Director of the Institute for Information Management. He is the Chairman of DIN-NAT-AA5, Deputy Chairman at the German Terminology Day (DTT) and Vice President of TermNet. ••••• Ilona Wallberg graduated in Translation Studies at the Saarland University in Saarbrücken. She worked for over 20 years at Siemens Language Services and was responsible for Sales, Marketing and Purchase of translation services. She has been working at beo Gesellschaft für Sprachen und Technologie mbH since 2010 as Head of Sales and Marketing. As a member of the Management, she is responsible for the team of internal and external resources. She is the Secretary General of Transforum and member of the DIN-NAT-AA3 translation and interpretation services.
