Sérgio Cruz Arenhart Full Professor of Law (Undergraduate and Graduate Programs) at the Federal University of Paraná. Holds a Master’s and Doctorate in Law from the same institution, and a Postdoctoral degree from the Università degli Studi di Firenze. Has served as Visiting Professor at the University of Zagreb (Croatia) and other European universities. Former Federal Judge and currently Regional Prosecutor of the Republic. Author of more than twenty books published in Brazil and abroad, including A Tutela Coletiva de Interesses Individuais, Comentários ao Código de Processo Civil, Curso de Processo Civil, Código de Processo Civil Comentado, and Prova e Convicção, all published by RT. Winner of the Jabuti Prize in 2017 for Comentários ao Código de Processo Civil.
Gustavo Osna Associate Professor of Law (Undergraduate and Graduate Programs) at the Federal University of Paraná. Holds a Doctorate and Master’s degree in Law, as well as a Bachelor of Law, all from the Federal University of Paraná. Effective Member of the Brazilian Institute of Procedural Law (IBDP). Practicing lawyer and legal opinion writer.
Marco Félix Jobim Doctor in General Theory of Jurisdiction and Procedure from PUCRS, with a postdoctoral internship at the Federal University of Paraná (2015–2017). Holds a Master’s degree in Fundamental Rights from ULBRA-RS. Associate Dean of the Law School at PUCRS, where he teaches undergraduate, specialization, master’s, and doctoral courses.
