Digital tools such as AI in recruitment, analytics in performance management, and online learning platforms have revolutionized traditional HRM functions. However, these advancements also introduce new challenges, including maintaining employee well-being in remote or hybrid workplaces, improving digital competencies and skills, managing digital environment, and addressing ethical concerns related to algorithmic bias and privacy. Against this background, this contributed volume explores the interrelationship between HRM and sustainability within the rapidly evolving digital work environment.By incorporating advanced technologies and sustainability into HR management functions, such as recruitment, training, performance management, and employee well-being initiatives, organizations can create responsible cultures that support both human development and long-term resilience in modern companies. This book brings together original research findings from different countries and various industries and discusses theories and practices related to HR management, digitalization trends, and sustainability issues in organizations. It will be of great interest to scholars and students of sustainable HRM.
