Dr. Karen Wendt is the President of Sustainable Finance (Cham, Switzerland) and CEO of ECCOS Impact GmbH (Cham, Switzerland). She is also a serial entrepreneur, scientist and co-editor of the Sustainable Finance book series at Springer. She advises companies on sustainability and is proven expert in impact investing, international management, sustainable finance, and strategy development. She is currently conducting research on social entrepreneurship, stock exchanges and portfolio engineering.

Dr. Marta Ra is a researcher and published author specialising in sustainable finance, energy transition, climate change, female leadership, and longevity finance. She holds a PhD in Economics from the University of St. Gallen, following academic studies in Vienna, Witten/Herdecke, Moscow, and Pittsburgh.Dr. Ra serves as an advisor to a United Nations agency on energy transition and supports a climate-focused scale-up. She is also a board member of Solafrica, a Swiss NGO promoting solar energy solutions. Her professional journey began in international banking, with roles at leading institutions such as Deutsche Bank and J.P. Morgan. In addition to her corporate experience, she served as CEO of a private clinic in Switzerland and is the co-founder and president of Women in Sustainable Finance (WISF), a global network fostering female leadership in finance and sustainability.
