The BRICS+ and Gulf Cooperation Council Countries
This book examines the multifaceted dimensions of the BRICS+ and Gulf Cooperation Council countries, focusing especially on public policy exchanges, economic partnerships, and diplomacy. It charts the evolution of the BRICS from a loose coalition of emerging powers to an institutionalized entity, with its own thinktank network dedicated to policy research and coordination. It also considers the relationships between these countries, especially against the backdrop of the war in Ukraine, as well as similarities and differences in their domestic and foreign public policies. The book will appeal to all those interested in public policy, governance and international relations.
