The Ecosystemic Enterprise
This book explores the deep interconnections between various business disciplines, demonstrating how they must operate in a coordinated, Ecosystemic manner to achieve sustainable success in the modern, digital age. It moves beyond a traditional, siloed view of business functions and instead presents a holistic framework where each area from finance to marketing, and from leadership to data science is intrinsically linked to creating lasting value. The central idea is that sustainable growth and innovation are not just outcomes of a single department but are the result of an integrated strategy across the entire organization.
