This book explores the emotional dimensions of family businesses, offering a thorough and critical analysis of the latest research and practice. Through an in-depth qualitative study, the author examines the emotional dynamics and cultural nuances that influence firm governance, their evolution over time, and the role they play at the individual, interpersonal, group and business levels. She introduces a roadmap for sustaining  family businesses by effectively addressing emotional dynamics.
