Rebel Leadership
This book explores the power and potential of rebellious behavior in professional organizations, drawing on several years of empirical research within Dutch institutions. It investigates how non-conformity, originality, and self-efficacy contribute to innovation, engagement, and sustainable performance. Inspired by American literature and grounded in scientific inquiry, the book offers leaders practical tools and exercises to foster constructive rebellion. Through case studies, self-assessments, and actionable frameworks, it challenges conventional thinking and promotes innovative leadership. Designed for professionals, educators, and organizational leaders, this volume bridges theory and practice to help readers embrace rebellion as a catalyst for growth, resilience, and creativity in the workplace.
