This book contains the revised contributions of the International Symposium 2025 of the Business Systems Laboratory, which took place on January 23 and 24, 2025 in Varese, Italy. Technology has significantly changed the dynamics of our interactions, lifestyles, work environments, social relationships and business processes. The societal effects of technology can be both beneficial and detrimental. Gandolfo Dominici is Associate Professor of Business Management at the Department of Economics, Business and Statistical Sciences, Polytechnic School of the University of Palermo, Italy. He serves as Scientific Director for the Business Systems Laboratory (Italy).
