Ludger Mees offers the first comprehensive study of one of Europe's most protracted ethnic conflicts. LUDGER MEES is a Professor in the Department of Contemporary History at the University of the Basque Country in Spain. As an author and co-author he has published seven books and several articles and book chapters in Spanish, German, Basque and English publications.
